GTD Wireless Unit Review

A simple test to show people how one of the best priced wireless systems really performs excellently! I noticed that this specific unit has an issue with one channel, and GTD simply said to send them the faulty unit for a repair. No questions asked. That's enough to keep me content.

  1. Thanks for this post. Your wireless mike looked quite natural in use. Your demonstration gave me good ideas about shooting a documentary or instructional clip by myself so I can walk away from the camera. Thanks. :)

    1. Thank you for the comment Charles! Truth be told, the second mic input has a squeel to it that I've ruled out as user error and can't get hold of the seller unfortunately. I use a large phono jack from an AB mix out, but maybe the indevidual XLR outputs are fine. this doesn't help me as I don't use XLR with my eqip. :(

  2. I haven't tested the 1/4" out on mine but have used the XLR both direct and with adaptors to a videocamera and this product really performs very well even against the $2500 Shure wireless. For the money I'm in for 2. The flexibility and range is excellent!
